We provide vital services for owners that have plans to convert their real estate into condominiums or to open new construction properties as condominiums. Skilled at directing management of condo reversion projects, we recognize the property’s unique position within the market and understand the necessity to swiftly stabilize the property through increased occupancy and income. Element pays attention to product presentation and creates targeted re-stabilization marketing and leasing strategies.

Roberto A. “LV” Lavallii

President and CEO of Element National Management

LV, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Element National Management, is responsible for targeted growth in emerging or defined markets and oversees the day-to-day activities as well as manages the financial performance of the management company. His primary responsibilities include overseeing all capital improvements, financial planning, strategic planning, budget review, and all personnel decisions.  LV leads the Executive Team at Element National Management, whose key principles have been together for more than two decades.

Nelda Jones

Executive Vice President

As a Property Management executive with extensive experience overseeing operations in the multifamily industry, Ms. Jones joined Element National Management in 2018. She is responsible for direct oversight of 11,000 units located in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Louisiana, Texas, Michigan, Indiana and Illinois. She oversees all aspects of Property Operations including financial, asset preservation, value add, performance and supervision of the District Managers, regional support team and site staffs. Ms. Jones works directly with the CEO and President of Element on all major decisions of the management company.

With over 35 years' experience in the property management industry, Ms. Jones is a proven leader in driving results and ensuring the achievement of immediate and long term company objectives. Prior to joining Element, she served as Regional Vice President for Berkshire Communities for 10 years. She previously served as Regional Vice President for LEDIC Management and Regional Vice President for Insignia Residential Group.

Ms. Jones has extensive experience in managing lease up properties with retail, market rent conventional and tax credit communities and holds the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) certification through NAHB. Ms. Jones also holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation of the National Apartment Association.

Patricia S. Harris

Exec. Vice President

As Executive Vice President of Operations, Patti oversees all Operations of Element National Management’s portfolio. Her extensive operational experience is exhibited in her ability to maximize the financial potential and market value of each asset through focus on strategic marketing, budget control, excellent customer service and first-class property maintenance. 

Patti has successfully directed ownership/management transitions, numerous acquisitions and dispositions for multiple sites and serves as an integral link in the implementation of business plans and marketing programs. In addition, Patti headed up the assumption of the condominium conversion product during previous years. Her dynamic style and professionalism are reflected in her ability to attract high-quality site professionals and to motivate them to peak individual performance within a team-operating environment.

Linda Lopez

Regional Vice President

As Regional Vice President, Linda provides Operation and Leadership support to our District Managers, Senior Property Managers and Property Managers. In this role, she is responsible for the implementation of corporate policies and ensuring assets are operated and maintained to the standards required by Element National Management to maximize revenue. As part of our Executive Team, she also provides a high level of support to our Home Office Associates.

Linda has over 23 years of property management experience and is knowledgeable in all aspects of property management. She has a proven track record of success in various markets across the country including new construction, acquisitions and fee managed assets. Her passion is mentoring and many of her direct reports have been promoted into leadership and management roles.

She previously held a Regional Vice President role at Advenir Living overseeing assets in Florida, Texas, Colorado and Louisiana and was a key driver for establishing policy and procedure standardization. She began her career at The Altman Companies in 1996 and later joined Element National Management when it was founded in 2007 as a District Manager.

Karen Rhodes


As Controller, Karen is responsible for all Accounting functions at Element National Management.  Karen was instrumental in setting up the Accounting systems and services from the ground up.  She manages the coordination, processing and producing of accurate financial information for our entire portfolio.  Karen is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting at Element National Management, including the ECM “Element Cash Management” for the entire portfolio.

Karen has successfully trained and led her group through numerous property transitions as well as coordinating property refinances for the management team, while continuing to produce and review monthly financial reporting to owners and investors. Karen is also responsible for all the Human Resources and Payroll functions, providing service and support to all Element Associates.

Mark Macari

VP of Project Management

As VP of Project Management, Mark is responsible for all capital improvement projects, renovation projects, Value Add projects, disaster restorations, lender and municipality repairs, weather related repairs and emergency repairs for the entire portfolio.   He manages with four regional project managers, two in the Southeast, one in the Midwest, and one in Louisiana, who source vendors and proposals to complete projects based on the scope of work provided by the corporate office. He is responsible for competitive proposals and competitive bidding for all properties as well as meeting and negotiating costs with vendors.

In addition, Mark co-manages the expense responsibilities of the company along with Karen, the Controller and Rachel, the Senior Financial Analyst. Mark works closely with this team to ensure properties adhere to their budgeted expenses, as well as plan accordingly for overall property presentation. Mark and Karen are jointly responsible for the Risk Management Division to ensure reporting and repairs are completed and deadlines adhered to.

Rachel Dash

Senior Financial Analyst

As the Senior Financial Analyst, Rachel is responsible for the Finance Department and the Revenue Management team, which entails working side by side with the President and CEO of the Company. Rachel is responsible for financial analysis and overseeing the weekly revenue plans, verifying that each property is in compliance. In addition, Rachel is responsible for creating monthly draw requests and tracking the weekly progress for our value-add program with the assistance of the Project Management Division.

Rachel is instrumental in the budgeting process for the entire portfolio on an annual basis. She also analyzes data discrepancies on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Finally, LV and Rachel are jointly responsible for underwriting and finding new potential deals and acquisitions.
