Element National Management was founded in 2007 by L.V. Lavalli and Issac Tshuva to service a growing portfolio of El-Ad National owned properties. In early 2016, El-Ad National recruited an expansion of the portfolio, and formed a new partnership, now called ENP.
Element is headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida and operates regional offices in Georgia, Florida, Texas, Michigan, and Louisiana. Element employs approximately 350 trained multi-family management professionals who utilize the latest information systems, technology and operational techniques to provide superior service and asset performance to all of our clients.

We provide vital services for owners that have plans to convert their real estate into condominiums or to open new construction properties as condominiums. Skilled at directing management of condo reversion projects, we recognize the property’s unique position within the market and understand the necessity to swiftly stabilize the property through increased occupancy and income. Element pays attention to product presentation and creates targeted re-stabilization marketing and leasing strategies.
LV, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Element National Management, is responsible for targeted growth in emerging or defined markets and oversees the day-to-day activities as well as manages the financial performance of the management company. His primary responsibilities include overseeing all capital improvements, financial planning, strategic planning, budget review, and all personnel decisions. LV leads the Executive Team at Element National Management, whose key principles have been together for more than two decades.
As Executive Vice President of Operations, Patti oversees all Operations of Element National Management’s portfolio. Her extensive operational experience is exhibited in her ability to maximize the financial potential and market value of each asset through focus on strategic marketing, budget control, excellent customer service and first-class property maintenance.
Patti has successfully directed ownership/management transitions, numerous acquisitions and dispositions for multiple sites and serves as an integral link in the implementation of business plans and marketing programs. In addition, Patti headed up the assumption of the condominium conversion product during previous years. Her dynamic style and professionalism are reflected in her ability to attract high-quality site professionals and to motivate them to peak individual performance within a team-operating environment.
As Controller, Karen is responsible for all Accounting functions at Element National Management. Karen was instrumental in setting up the Accounting systems and services from the ground up. She manages the coordination, processing and producing of accurate financial information for our entire portfolio. Karen is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting at Element National Management, including the ECM “Element Cash Management” for the entire portfolio.
Karen has successfully trained and led her group through numerous property transitions as well as coordinating property refinances for the management team, while continuing to produce and review monthly financial reporting to owners and investors. Karen is also responsible for all the Human Resources and Payroll functions, providing service and support to all Element Associates.
As VP of Project Management, Mark is responsible for all capital improvement projects, renovation projects, Value Add projects, disaster restorations, lender and municipality repairs, weather related repairs and emergency repairs for the entire portfolio. He manages with four regional project managers, two in the Southeast, one in the Midwest, and one in Louisiana, who source vendors and proposals to complete projects based on the scope of work provided by the corporate office. He is responsible for competitive proposals and competitive bidding for all properties as well as meeting and negotiating costs with vendors.
In addition, Mark co-manages the expense responsibilities of the company along with Karen, the Controller and Rachel, the Senior Financial Analyst. Mark works closely with this team to ensure properties adhere to their budgeted expenses, as well as plan accordingly for overall property presentation. Mark and Karen are jointly responsible for the Risk Management Division to ensure reporting and repairs are completed and deadlines adhered to.
As the Senior Financial Analyst, Rachel is responsible for the Finance Department and the Revenue Management team, which entails working side by side with the President and CEO of the Company. Rachel is responsible for financial analysis and overseeing the weekly revenue plans, verifying that each property is in compliance. In addition, Rachel is responsible for creating monthly draw requests and tracking the weekly progress for our value-add program with the assistance of the Project Management Division.
Rachel is instrumental in the budgeting process for the entire portfolio on an annual basis. She also analyzes data discrepancies on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Finally, LV and Rachel are jointly responsible for underwriting and finding new potential deals and acquisitions.
